Am I highly sensitive?
With the following free self-test (∼ 10 min.) you can check whether you belong to the spectrum of highly sensitive people (HSP). It is important to be aware that high sensitivity is NOT a diagnosis. This term describes a collection of certain character traits that sometimes have a negative but often positive effect on your life. It can help to become aware of certain connections and to recognize that there are many people who feel the same way.
If you would like to learn more about the phenomenon, book a non-binding initial consultation here. I would be happy to personally give you a brief insight into the topic and show you how coaching teaches you to deal better with recurring challenges.
Of course, this is primarily a subjective self-assessment. If you are unsure about a point, ask yourself how you would have answered between the ages of 18 and 22, or consult someone you trust. With an additional view from the outside you get a slightly more neutral result. Confirm the statement with the left checkbox if you can identify with it. If it is even very pronounced in your case, also mark the second checkbox to the right.
