Hi, I'm Ela!

Nice to have you here. I’d be happy to share a little about myself and my background. I’m originally from the northern part of Germany, by the lakes, but the vibrant facets of Berlin pulled me to the capital many years ago. This place reflects a lot of what defines me: authenticity, creativity, and versatility. That’s also why I don’t just stand on one leg professionally. I’m both a coach and a freelance communication designer, with over 20 years of experience in concept development and marketing. This part of my work still brings me a lot of joy. However, at some point, I felt the desire to try something new. In addition to self-care and mindfulness training, it became increasingly important to me to offer others a safe haven.

My qualifications have evolved from a systemic approach toward mental health coaching. They integrate an emotion-focused perspective, which also supports trauma-sensitive processes. This combination allows me to meet people where they currently stand with their capacities, in order to support them holistically.

I draw strength and peace from my own family haven. For over two decades, I’ve been in love with and living alongside my husband and life partner. Together, we have two wonderful boys and a long-in-the-tooth cat. These four beings, along with many loyal friends, are my light when things get a bit dark.

My path has been winding, with many organic detours, and I’m very grateful for that. It has allowed me to arrive exactly where I feel aligned and where it makes sense for me. And I’m sure it won’t continue without a few more curves along the way.

Let’s explore together how your path should look.

One of my focus topics is supporting Highly Sensitive People (HSP) and people with AD(H)D.

Many of them have felt like they were on the wrong planet since they were children. Haunted by the feeling of being somehow different, perhaps even not right. The outside world seems to function according to different norms and values. In fact, our society consists of around 20 percent of highly sensitive people. Unfortunately, it is often disguised in the pressure to adapt in a society that has been focused on performance and proper functioning for decades - less on naturalness, sustainable meaning or empathetic-creative individual strengths. Due to precisely this adaptation, HSPs eventually lose access to the inner soul core, which in the right environment brings with it so many colorful facets and strengths.

Have you been searching for support and meaning in the fog of everyday life for far too long? Don't get lost in the carousel of thoughts. Let's bring back calm and clarity. For your personal and professional development.
